Responsible for leading ChemITC®, nine industry leaders provide strategic direction for all activities that fall within the scope of the organization. From determining the budget, dues and resource expenditures to overseeing the formation of project groups and standing committees, prioritizing goals and evolving the organization into the future, the Executive Board governs ChemITC.
Executive Board members, elected from a majority vote of ChemITC charter members, serve three-year terms. Current Executive Board members can nominate a candidate or Charter members interested in serving on the board can self-nominate during an annual nomination and selection period. Three to four new appointments for the Executive Board are selected each year.
